Question About Black Obsidian and Tigers Eye Stone

I started wearing a nice piece of cracked black obsidian...it started getting hot and unbearable to wear against my skin. I think it might be spent. Any way to charge that stone? Also, Now I am dreaming about tigers eye...I mean everywhere too...and many people from my past...some are deceased. My dreams are very important to me. Wondering what ur thoughts may be.
